Returns & Exchanges:
This applies ONLY to Malaysia-based customers who buy via the blog.
NO returns are allowed BUT I allow exchanges for another item of equal value or more for online customers on the grounds that garment ordered don't fit. Exchanges must be must be done within 7 days from date package is sent out to customers. Exchanges can be done at showroom or via mail as long as is within the 7 days from day of despatch to customers. Item must be in the exact condition it was sold. Soiled, worn ie perfume smelling/sweat stains, and damaged items will not be accepted for exchanges. Additional postage to resend replacement items will be borne by customers.
